Solange Soares

Born in the parish of Paços de Brandão, in the municipality of Santa Maria da Feira, Solange was born in 2014 with cerebral palsy. She has fought many battles, but thanks to everyones help, she has achieved many goals.
Lets help Solange have a better quality of life and maintain that infectious smile. However, for Solange to continue her fight, she needs our continued help, and only with your support and contributions will she be able to continue her therapies.
