For regular hydration - after shampooing, apply all over damp/wet hair. Massage gently and leave to act for 3 minutes. Carefully remove all the product with plenty of water. For high hydration - for excessively dehydrated hair, after washing apply all over damp/wet hair. Put on the thermal cap and let the product work for 20 minutes. Carefully remove all the product with plenty of water and then dry the hair. This procedure should be done no more than 3 times a week.
