Instructions for use
To apply INOCOS Gel Polish, follow these steps:
Step by step
1.Nail preparation
Sanitise the hands.
Push back/clean the cuticles.
Use a buffer block to remove the natural shine from the nail.
Clean the dust thoroughly.
Apply Cleaner/Dehydrator and allow to dry.
2.Primer
Apply INOCOS Primer, without touching the skin.
Allow to air dry for a few seconds.
3.Base
Apply a thin layer of base coat.
Do not touch the cuticle.
Seal the free edge of the nail.
Cure under the lamp.
4.Colour
Apply the 1st thin layer of INOCOS Gel Polish.
Seal the free edge well.
Cure.
Apply the 2nd thin layer.
Cure again.
Do not wipe the sticky layer of the colour before applying the top coat.
5.Top Coat
Apply a thin layer of Top Coat.
Cure.
Some INOCOS top coats are no-wipe, while others may require cleaner at the end. Check the bottle.
Curing times:
INOCOS indicates, for top coat products, UV 120 seconds or LED 60 seconds for gel polish/top coat.
Some application instructions for base/colour indicate LED 30 to 60 seconds and UV 2 minutes, so the safest option is always to follow the time indicated on the product/lamp you are using.
Important tips:
Always apply thin layers; thick layers may wrinkle or may not cure properly.
Never touch the cuticle with base/colour/top coat.
Always seal the free edge of the nail for longer wear.
If you feel a strong heat sensation under the lamp, remove your hand for a few seconds and then place it back.
Do not apply to injured, inflamed nails or in case of allergy.
To remove:
Lightly file the shine of the top coat.
Apply gel polish remover to cotton/a pad.
Wrap with aluminium foil for around 10 minutes.
Gently remove with an orange stick/spatula, without pulling or forcing.
